As today was our first CCA session, I was extremely nervous about leading this session for the first time. I briefly introduced what the project was about, and what we were going to do. We also decided to order and buy art supplies after we clarify which supplies we would need. However, a problem would be the lack of funds to buy such goods. We must sort out a source of funds to afford our supplies. Another lack is the lack of waste. I noticed that it is quite hard to gather enough waste, since so few people live around here. (I think more people live in my apartment in Seoul than this whole city in Jeju) I am thinking of asking housemasters if we could get waste from the dormitories, or sending out parent letters if they could gather waste for us.
We also began to plan what artwork we will make. We decided to create works of art using wooden plates as our canvas. We also decided to create artwork from wasted umbrellas, using the umbrellas as skirts of flamenco dancers. Also, the members will create artwork in pairs for the sake of efficiency.
